Fresh off their VERZUZ celebration with Earth, Wind & Fire, legendary Soul icons The Isley Brothers released “Friends and Family” featuring Snoop Dogg, their first new song since 2017’s Power of Peace.
The irresistible “Friends & Family” features the unmistakable guitar work of Ernie Isley, while he and Ronald Isley are enjoying their friends and family throughout the Erik White-directed video.
“Although we didn’t have much we still had each other,” he croons, “And what we went through, we went through it together/We stick together through thick or thin/I thank God for family and all my day one friends!”
During the sun-dripped, happy video plenty of guests join in via Zoom, as Snoop appears via video chat to deliver his verse. Other virtual attendees include Syleena Johnson, LisaRaye McCoy, Vivica A. Fox, Kym Whitley, and Sherri Shepherd.
