South Central Cartel is an underappreciated act that doesn’t get that acknowledgement that they deserve. Back in the early to mid-90’s you could hear their songs bumpin’ out of Impala’s, Cadillacs and Jeeps that stayed true to the Los Angeles gangster sound.
