Bishop Lamont took to Instagram to announce that he and iconic producer Dr. Dre have linked back up.
In the post, Lamont states: “WOOOOH!!! 🤯BIG ENERGY TODAY!!! I haven’t had this feeling since Me and the good doctor @drdre had this feeling.😎 It’s time to have FUN AGAIN!” #justdontdie
Responding to the question posed to him if he and Dr. Dre we indeed back together again the Carson, CA native replied, “Yes, that sounds like a lot of fun and will make a lot of happy hiphop heads and music geeks around the globe 🌎 feel so much better. You agree?😎👑🙏🏾✊🏾🌈☺️🚀Bless up!”

After meeting Dr. Dre on set filming The Game‘s music video for “Dreams”, Dre signed Lamont in 2005. Bishop Lamont spent five years at Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment working on Detox, his own project, and recording over 700 songs, but left in 2010 without ever releasing an album.
