Fresh off the heels of an epic, genre-blending performance of “Hold On” with country music mega star Chris Stapleton at the 2021 CMT Awards, Grammy and Academy Award winner H.E.R. announces that her full-length album, Back of My Mind, is set for a June 18 release via MBK Entertainment/RCA Records. The album is currently available for pre-order at several digital service providers.
Ahead of next week’s release, today H.E.R. drops the crescendo-building “We Made It” from the long-awaited album.
On Monday, June 14, H.E.R. performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, ushering Colbert’s return to the Ed Sullivan Theater with in studio guests and a full, vaccinated audience.
Additionally, H.E.R. is starring in her own special as part of the Prime Day Show, a three-part immersive musical event presented by Amazon Music that also features Billie Eilish, and Kid Cudi. In a modern day musical tribute to the iconic Dunbar Hotel. H.E.R. imagines what The Dunbar Hotel would be like if it existed in 2021 featuring new music from her album. The Prime Day Show will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video starting today, June 17.
