The 49th Annual American Music Awards took place this evening at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. It was hosted by Cardi B. Olivia Rodrigo led the nomination count with seven and The Weeknd was just behind her with six. Arguably though, one of the highlights of the evening was when New Kids on the Block and New Edition participated in the “Battle of Boston” and went back and forth performing their respective hits.
