Producers Dem Jointz and Mike Elizondo, Jr. are no strangers to success or getting the Grammy Award nods for their multi-platinum work. Both producers have stellar production discographies, and both are intricately linked to Dr. Dre and his Aftermath Entertainment family tree.
Dem Jointz is a 2x-Grammy Award winner, who has produced tracks for artists including Chris Brown, Eminem, Rihanna, and Dr. Dre, where he is co-producer on four tracks on 2015’s Compton, Janet Jackson‘s Unbreakable, and most recently for Kanye West‘s Donda. It is Ye’s album Donda for which Dem Jointz has been nominated in the categories of Album of the Year, Best Rap Song (“Jail” ft. Jay-Z), and Best Rap Album.
