Compton native and veteran artist Problem hosted his “Mollywood” 10 Year Anniversary Celebration at The Vermont in Hollywood. The celebration was filled with classic LA hits from “Mollywood” 1, and 2. The Coffee and Kush CEO brought out the city and turned it up as only he can. NBA Champion and All-Star Damar Derozen made his rap debut and shocked the crowd. RjMrLA performed his hit “I’m a Get Rich” and Eastside K-Boy put his C-Walk talent on display with some of the best footwork in the land. Compton emerging artist Wallie The Sensei popped out and performed his hit “03′ Flow“.
All in All the night was a success and it felt good to hear some of Problem’s classic records that were the soundtrack to memorable moments in the past decade of the Los Angeles rap scene. He successfully packed out the venue and performed a set that didn’t feel like a concert but rather a statement, a display, of his cultural significants in Los Angeles and Hip Hop.
