Last week, Brooklyn, New York emcee ILL Bill dropped the DJ Muggs-produced “Root For The Villain”, the fourth single ahead of his upcoming album Billy. The new track features Queens, New York legend Kool G. Rap and Philly rapper Vinnie Paz on the track.
Following up on the single’s release, ILL Bill dropped the official music video to “Root For The Villain”, which is directed by Huasriot Studios.
ILL Bill has released 3 other singles off Billy: the Little Vic-produced “Smarten Up” with his Gorilla Twins partner Nems, “Leviathan” featuring Tragedy Khadafi and produced by Brenx Beats, and “Once Upon a Time in Canarsie” featuring Lord Goat and with production handled by Stu Bangas.
In 2010, ILL Bill & DJ Muggs dropped a collaborative album, Kill Devil Hills, via Uncle Howie Records / Fat Beats.
