Long Beach, California pioneering emcee RBX is currently prepping the upcoming XHIBERNATOR album, which is set to feature MC Eiht of Compton’s Most Wanted, Spice 1, Krayzie Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Butch Cassidy, Ras Kass, and others.
Production for the album is being handled by Sccit, Siavash The Grouch, Chris “The Glove” Taylor, Cold187um of Above The Law, Jellyroll, and others.
RBX recently announced an upcoming documentary entitled Surviving Tha Row: Past, Present, Future – The X Files, which will also be accompanied by a soundtrack and followed up with a new album.
“The Narrator” RBX, who has one of the most distinct voices in hip-hop, first appeared on the 1992 Dr. Dre solo debut album The Chronic on Death Row Records and was one the first artists to depart the iconic label. RBX was featured on “The Day the Niggaz Took Over”, “Lyrical Gangbang”, “High Powered”, “Stranded on Death Row” on the Dr. Dre solo, as well as “Serial Killa”, on Snoop Dogg‘s 1993 debut album Doggystyle.
