While previewing a new Khrysis-produced track on his Instagram page, Busta Rhymes announced that his 11th studio album is finished.
Bussa Bus told his followers on IG, “New Album Done,” he wrote. “@djkayslay you on my mind while I’m recording King. Keep Fighting!! We need you and we got too much shit left to do.. Thank you @khrysis_ #SOULCOUNCIL.”
In the music preview, the New York hip-hop icon name-drops his “ETA” collaborator Dr. Dre and DJ Kay Slay, who has been battling a severe COVID-19 illness over the last week. Busta raps, “We in the gutter while I’m listening to Kay Slay / Or west coastin’ like it’s Dre Day…”
