(Los Angeles, CA) – Today, Red Bull Records is pleased to announce the continuation of its partnership with trailblazing hip-hop artist Blxst. Through this, Red Bull Records will release new music from the producer, singer, and rapper, including his highly anticipated full-length album in 2022. The news follows Blxst’s first-ever award show nomination as “Best New Hip Hop Artist” at the 2021 BET Hip Hop Awards.

The partnership will also entail a joint venture between Red Bull Records and Blxst’s own company, Evgle, initially founded in 2018. Through this venture, Red Bull Records and Evgle will work in tandem to facilitate new artist signings and furnish rising talent.

Blxst only increased his momentum throughout 2021, releasing the two-track project Just For Clarity with Russ and Drakeo the Ruler, as well as Sixtape 2 with Bino Rideaux, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Album Chart and broke into the Billboard Top 200. In addition to his own releases, Blxst has lent his penchant for melodic hooks and slick lyricism to numerous collaborations with heavyweight artists such as Nas, Mozzy, Dame D.O.L.L.A, and more.

With his music featured on Madden 22 and NBA2K22, as well as his single “Gang Slide” serving as the main theme for Issa Rae’s Sweet Life: Los Angeles, this summer Blxst launched his Guide to Los Angeles with Apple Maps, a one-of-a-kind immersive experience personally curated by the artist of his hometown.
