Over the last few months, Bishop Lamont has been giving fans the sneak-peek heat off his forthcoming album Just Don’t Die, which has included the snippet of “Music 2 Drive By” featuring Chadio of Cru, “Paper Pyramids” produced by DJ Mathematics, news that he is working on a song with Chuck D of Public Enemy called “All Eye See”, and bits of the work-in-progress track “The N Word (No!!!!!)” which is being produced by Brian Alexander Morgan.
Bishop shared “The N Word (No!!!!!)” preview track on Instagram back in early October, and said in the post’s description that he can hear Too Short on the record, as well as other hip-hop legends, to which Brian Alexander Morgan commented on his post of the track, “Where @snoopdogg and @tooshort atLet’s go!!!!!’ #westcoast #bam“
Yesterday, (November 4), Bishop took to Instagram to share the update to “The N Word (No!!!!!)”, and let us hear that Too Short has in fact laid vocals for the track, and expressed his gratitude to the Oakland icon for jumping on the track.
