Ice CubeCypress Hill, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony headline an iconic lineup for the West Fest Tour, which will feature special guests along the way. West Fest Tour, presented by RNC Entertainment, kicks off August 25, at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska, with stops in Wichita, Kansas, Lubbock, Texas, Greenville, South Carolina, and Corbin, KY.

Ice Cube, the Don Mega, is a living legend, West Coast icon, member of the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame, and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The multi-hyphenate pioneer has continued to expand his legacy, whether it’s putting together album projects, directing or acting in blockbuster movies, being an innovator in professional sports with his Big 3 professional basketball league, or collaborating with fellow legends like Snoop DoggToo ShortE-40 on musical endeavors like the Mt. Westmore supergroup.

In 1991, Cypress Hill, by using jazz, R&B, psychedelic rock, and metal samples, solidified themselves as a pioneering hip-hop group when they released their self-titled debut album. The project dropped a year before Dr. Dre came out with The Chronic, whereas Cypress Hill had crafted stoner anthems like “Light Another” and “Stoned Is the Way of the Walk”. While other hip-hop groups had yet to openly embrace smoking marijuana, Cypress Hill was making it culturally cool to do so already.

Bone Thugs N Harmony was signed to Ruthless Records in late 1993, when they debuted with their EP Creepin on ah Come Up. The EP included their breakout hit single “Thuggish Ruggish Bone”. In 1995, the group released its second album E. 1999 Eternal, which included hits “1st of tha Month” and “East 1999”. Their hit song “Tha Crossroads”, a tribute to then-recently deceased Eazy-E, won a Grammy Award in 1997. The group is regarded as one of the greatest hip-hop acts of all time. Bone Thugs-n-Harmony is the only group that has worked with 2Pac, the Notorious B.I.G.Eazy-E, and Big Pun while they were all still alive.
