On Classic Record Reflection, a new series presented by Rock The Bells, Houston hip-hop icon Scarface details the making of his seventh studio album, 2002’s The Fix.
During this three-part interview series, Scarface discusses the 20th anniversary of the August 6, 2002 Def Jam release, the creation and writing process of the 13-track album, and collaborating with the likes of Jay-Z, Nas, Faith Evans, and producers Kanye West, The Neptunes, Nottz, and T-Mix of the legendary Suave House Records.
Scarface performed The Fix on August 6, 2022 – exactly 20 years after the record’s release – at the inaugural Rock The Bells Festival in Queens, NY at Forest Hills Stadium.
