All have been waiting for a new Dogg Pound full-length album. There were hopes not too long ago when Snoop Dogg first acquired Death Row Records rights. Tha Dogg Pound composed of Daz and Kurupt released a new single ” Whoopty Whoop” produced by Dae One and everyone was hyped about the return of Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound. But that was short-lived and the duo continued on as well as Snoop Dogg with their individual efforts releasing music and performing at venues. There is no greater rap duo in West Coast Hip Hop, in terms of longevity, and moments we all know and love.

That new hope is back! and a new Dogg Pound album is slated to be released this summer, but for now, we can all enjoy this new single “Smoke Up” produced by Bay Area Blap God Rick Rock Beats. The visual was directed by visionary DaDa and co-directed by Snoop Dogg.
