No Limit Records founder Master P was recently featured on Hollywood Unlocked with Jason Lee to talk about Kim Kardashian‘s update on his brother, and rapper C-Murder‘s case, the damage of Lil’ Boosie and Kim K coming out and helping, discussing the racism that persists in the government of Louisiana, and C-Murder’s mind state during his criminal process.

Other discussions with the in the interview on FOX Soul include his thoughts on No Limit Records receiving the recognition for the impact he and his No Limit Records imprint had on hip-hop, to which he responded with, “I don’t care for all of that stuff. All my blessings come from the man upstairs, but we’re definitely going to do a No Limit reunion tour starting October 9th.”

For the upcoming tour, Master P is planning to include acts from the roster like Mia XSilkk the ShockerMystikalFiendMercedes, and Long Beach icon and former No Limit soldier Snoop Dogg, who signed to the label after leaving Death Row Records in 1998.

Master P gave major props to the Bay Area on getting his start in the music industry and making the connections necessary to jumpstart his career. One of the people Master P credited to his success was Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum producer E-A-Ski, who was instrumental in Master P getting a distribution deal with Priority Records“E-A-Ski is probably one of the most talented producers that I ever met in my life. I Wish I could have made more records with him. This guy was Dr. Dre before Dr. Dre!”
