This past Saturday night (November 20) Mount Westmore, the supergroup of west coast icons Too Short, Ice Cube, E-40, and Snoop Dogg performed at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY, and Chad Kiser of West Coast Styles was there to capture video backstage and stage side of the show.

With the legendary DJ Pooh manning the boards, the crew of music icons opened the show with their “Big Subwoofer” single, before running through the individual hits from their respective catalogs.

Too Short performed several popular songs like “Freaky Tales”, “Blow The Whistle”, “Don’t Fight The Feelin’”, “Cuss Words”, “Life Is…Too Short”, and “Gettin’ It”, as well as his verses from collaborations with Scarface & Devin the Dude (“Fuck Faces”), The Notorious B.I.G. and Puff Daddy (“The World Is Filled”).

Snoop Dogg had a collection of songs he performed that included “Who Am I (What’s My Name”), “Gin & Juice”, “Beautiful”, “Deep Cover”, “Nuthin’ But A G Thang”, “2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted”, “The Next Episode”, “Ain’t No Fun”, and others.

E-40 gave the fans a charismatic show with his hits which included “Choices (Yup)”, “Captain Save-A-Hoe”, “Sprinkle Me”, “Tell Me When To Go”, “U And Dat”, “Snap Yo Fingers”, “Hope I Don’t Go Back”, as well as the “Rapper’s Ball” and “Bitch” duets with Too Short.

Ice Cube’s energetic set included “It Was A Good Day”, “Check Yo Self”, “You Know How We Do It”, “Go To Church” with Snoop Dogg, “Steady Mobbin’”, “Ain’t Got No Haters” with Too Short, and a couple of selections from his N.W.A catalog like “Gangsta Gangsta” and “Straight Outta Compton”.

In the middle of the show, Mount Westmore had those in attendance direct their attention to the big screen behind the stage where they debuted a new song and video that appears to be titled, “Bad Muthfucka”. In the black & white video, each artist can be seen in the studio and other various places rapping their verses.

Ending the show, Ice Cube announced that the Mount Westmore album would be out in early 2022.
